Any pointers on Purple bricks estate agents - we are interested in a property which in the market for few years already. We made an offer which is very close to asking price (just 10 k less) but no response from the PB estate agent neither from seller. We have followed up with the PB agent but no much news. We really are bit puzzled.

probably best to write a letter to the vendor of your offer and leave it at that. I don't touch PB not even with a barge pole. Like you I wanted to view one and PB never got back to me, if their so cheap to use PB, what else are they not bothered about?"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
