Perhaps those people that have moved can’t be bothered to come back here and read all the discussions. But a quick google should bring up the likes of prizefinder, competition database, loquax, hot uk deals to name a few. But some people will be entering directly on Twitter, Facebook etc. Personally, I would sooner stay here. At least people are helping answer each other’s questions. I doubt I would find so many people willing to help on the other sites.

Twice I’ve tried to come here and read the forum, twice I’ve given up after a few minutes because I’m getting nauseous and a headache. Both days I was totally fine on lot sod other websites before trying here. If they don’t put in a way for me to change the colours and glare i won’t be able to come back.

I know it was giving me a headache too. luckily my monitor has a blue light filter setting similar to the filters apps on phones , which kind of dims the screen reducing the white glare.

ah true I dont want to switch I like mse just think it's a big shame to loose posters and miss out on comps etc! Also my tablet has a brightness slider in the settings thats helped me with this errmm green?

Just found an Add-On for Firefox called Midnight Lizard which allows you to change the background colours of any site.

I'm using the Antique Codex theme in the pic below.

Dear Fellow Compers,

I've been frozen out of my account since the changeover.  I created a new account last night, and I tried to post, and  it was  no longer fun, so unless MSE changes  its new format, I won't be posting.

Really sorry to hear that Lakshmi.  Your postings are the essence of the competition threads, they would be much poorer without them.  Please reconsider, am sure that the tech teams will sort out some of the nagging problems which are infuriating all of us.
