If I am making a claim for PPI tax back paid in January then should I be claiming in tax year end 2020 and can I put income details from P60 year end April 2019 or do I have to wait until I receive P60 this April? Many thanks.

Why would you think you can put income details for two different tax years on one tax return?
Just wait until April when you have your P60 and details of any other taxable income such as normal (non ISA) bank and building society interest.1
