IVA completed can I get payday loan refund

My Iva was completed may 2018 I had 11 payday loan lenders included in Iva can I complain to get refund off interest for mis selling to me as they were unaffordable from them

I suspect any refund may end up going to the IVA company for the benefit of your creditors. With all the PPI stuff I'd be surprised if there weren't conditions in your agreement to cover similar things

If you have payday loans not included in the IVA you may have a better chance(although not at all certain) of keeping any refund from them

Thankyou for your reply, even thou my Iva is complete and I owe no more monies to the companies? And the accounts I had with them are closed etc Whilst in my Iva they did go for ppi but did not mention anything about the payday loans etc

Yes IMHO even after your IVA is complete. You might want to check with your IVA company and see where you stand.
