Booking.com profit before people

It is difficult for sites like booking.com to know all the problems that may exist with the companies and lettings they advertise but their total lack of concern about issues needs to be addressed. Pages of T&C which basically say "it's not our problem" is not enough. If they were non profit making it would be a different matter but despite factual and verifiable complaints they continue to list properties refusing to get involved. If you need any more evidence read their trust pilot reviews

It's hard to comment on your post as it does not contain any detail about your specific problem. But I will say that I've used booking.com many times and never had an issue with them.1

Always check the hotels website before booking through any agent, you’ll probably get something complimentary.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.1
