Hi I was wondering what you all think of UW? They have not put me on the lowest tariff because I do not have mobile or internet with them. Thanks.

There is a massive thread somewhere on this site about UWThey gain their customers by recruiting an army of part time salesmen/women who get a commission for everyone they sign up, which means these are usually relatives and friendsThe consensus of opinion is that for a large well heeled family who sign up for everything and have the spending power to take full advantage of the store discounts offered, there could be some savings, but with the high energy prices for the average family it's money down the drain1

bellabella1 - just use the comparison sites and see if other suppliers are cheaper - if yes then switch away.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Why did you sign up with them, just out of interest? I see them as more of a cult than an energy supplier as their followers are always very positive about them but completely unable to explain why they are with them, when there are loads of cheaper suppliers.bellabella60 said:Hi I was wondering what you all think of UW? Last time I checked, they came 48th in my comparison list.0 -
Just looked at UW. Even on their top package (phone, internet, gas, electricity and mobile) they sre still around £7 a month more expensive than what I am paying now.
