I'm looking for a cheap 4 or 5 night break in the North East (no more than £200 for the accomadation). Don't mind too much where it is, just as long as I'm very close to the beach to run the dog on. I'd like self catering so I can cook my own meals to keep costs down. As I said I'll be travelling with my dog so it has to be dog friendly, but can't be on a farm as she's a border collie that will herd everything that moves. I'm thinking possibly a static caravan might be the best option, but does anyone have any recommendations, I'll be going the last week in February (Monday to Fridayish). I'll also be taking my bike so if there are decent cycling bike paths nearby it would be an advantage too.
