Plastic in Coleslaw !

Tub of coleslaw from Coop, bit down on it and loosened my tooth . Took photos, and put tub + plastic in freezer.
Contacted them, sent photos in an email, but they offered £10 " gesture" ! Their email reply said, " we do not deal in compensation, you need to use OUR complaint service if you have suffered injury."?????
Now I don't know what to do.
Where do I go from here?

If you have loosened your tooth, then see a dentist and get it fixed. The amount it costs to get fixed is your loss, and this is what you should be chasing for .
If your tooth is fine, accept the £10 and move on.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

I am not surprised you "damaged" your tooth as you are meant to take the coleslaw out of the tub and eat the coleslaw not bite down on the plastic tub.2
