Letter From The DWP - Confused ?

Got a letter from the DWP regarding ESA with the title " Changes in the empoyment and support allowance rates payable "
It then says " We have looked at your claim again following a recent change "
" From 3 April 2020 your ESA will be X per week "
Then directly below it says
" From 10 April 2020 your ESA will be XX per week "
Is that a typo or am I missing something ?

It's just the letter about the annual increase. We always used to get two as well with different dates on them - something to do with part weeks, maybe? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Thanks guys much appreciated
