Yet another new format !

Is it me,  or can one no longer go straight to the last message in a particular topic ?  The only way  can see to find the latest post is to click on the topic , display the first few posts then scroll to end of first page and try to jump to last page and finall scroll through that to find latest post(s)

I can't find a way round it.
It'll probably be one of those things that gets added over the next few days.

Once you've visited a thread, you'll be taken to the last post read on the next visit.

Are you not getting the page number at the bottom of the first post? Or was it just added?

That wasn't working for me - but I found out the page had 'forgotten' me even though I had logged in !

That does however mean that to visit any of the existing topics (some running to thousands of posts !) it will be necessary to start at page 1 the first time you use the new improved[sic !] board

Scroll to the bottom of the first page & then select the last page from the navigation bar.

Quite so !  But with the previous incarnations of the forum pages you could list topics then go directly to last page without needing to go via page 1.

I think it's highly likely that we'll get the option to set the default to 'display latest page first' before too long. There may be some alternative skins & colour schemes as well if we're lucky.
