CST Law letter before claim

Hi I’m new to here I have been trying to read some other threads about how to dispute a parking fine and have got a little confused so started this to see if anyone can help.

I’ve received claim for 4 parking tickets dating back to 2018. I work for the NHS in a hospital for which I use parking vouchers. The tickets are apparently from 4 occasions where I was parked without a voucher displayed. I know for sure one occasion I had parked and was in the hospital buying more vouchers when my car was ticketed. The others I have no idea about. I have received a number if different letters from a number of different companies trying to claim for these and have just ignored these hoping they would go away. Most recently CST Law have sent a letter before claim - 7 day final notice for £320. When I rang them do dispute this they said I have a debt of £620 for the 4 tickets.

I really want to sort this but am very reluctant to pay as this amount its over 1/3 of my monthly salary. I also think it is disgraceful that NHS staff are being hounded and threatened with court action for parking at work. I do not want this to go to court and wondered if anyone had any advice on how to solve this.

Thanks
