This may have been covered before but I ordered good from Mighty Deals and nothing has arrived. I should have known better. I read about the Consumer Rights Act and the fact they are legally obliged to refund me if no goods here after 30 days but how does one enforce this? there is no correct telephone number or address for them despite what is in the google search. How has this company never been legally shut down?

Is that Mighty Deals dot com ??A Canadian company .0

If they are based in Canada, the UK consumer laws don't apply and you'd have to pursue them using Canadian consumer law.0

I assume they are UK based or at least a UK branch as they purely sell in UK areas0

You can also write to us at: PO Box 142, Cwmbran, NP44 9DH, Wales.
Was it a voucher for a item, or a actual item they supply?

When you go on the websites, you can look up a telephone number and address but if you then research on reviews, people have written and telephones and never get a response. Thank you for the address, I can write again but so far, I have had nothing either from Mighty Deals or Discount Experts and have posted on Resolver and Trustpilot, still nothing. Hence my original post...if Consumer Rights apply, how can they be enforced when the company will not respond to anything you do? If they won't refund. what does it take other than expensive legal action for an item that cost £13.98 I just want my money back and they are making a fortune out of all these under £100 sales where it's impossible to follow it through0

born-again It was a voucher plus extra postage. However, the deal is with the original source and not the supplier from what I understand0

You could go to your bank if you used a debit or credit card for the payment for a non reciept chargeback.
This voucher was it to be received by email? Not in spam/junk folder and you are sure that the correct email was used.
