I transferred money abroad and it seems to have disappeared

I am executor for my late father-in-laws estate. One of his daughters lives in Australia. This week I used Money Corp, as recommended on this site, to transfer nearly £15K to my sister in law in Australia. All seemed to go well at first I uploaded the money, got a good exchange rate and off the money went, apparently. However 2 days after it should of arrived, there is no sign in the recipients bank account. We have checked and double checked the bank details, which are correct, Money Corp have initiated a “trace” but in the interim neither my sister in law or I have the money. What are my rights here?

You will have to wait and see what they say.
Oversea's transfers can go through a lot of different banks.Life in the slow lane0 -

Transfers can take days!
Let them them do their thing and give it some time. You have a right to have your money transferred to the correct account. If, in a few days (next Friday), the problem has not been sorted, and they are not taking suitable steps to resolve the situation, then might be worth contacting the FCA.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1
