I recently switched suppliers to scottishpower from a 2 year fixed with ovo energy.
i did it through u switch , the tariff prices were so much better, so i took a punt!.
on recieving my first bill , it tells me how much i owe , but when i try to open the pdf for a bill breakdown , nothing happens!.
i have been on scottispower  forum and the amount of unhappy customers as put the fear of god in me.
can anyone else on this forum tell me how i can open the pdf to break my bill down or have other customers had the same problems?. i know its early days for me , but its not looking good so early on.
and have i bit off more than i can chew?.

Accept cookies.  Use an alternative browser.  Copy and paste the link into a PDF reader such as Sumatra, or whatever.

After submitting meter readings your account balance will be correct but you have wait 2 or 3 days for a downloadable PDF to be available.
