A p60 is issued only once per year usually during May detailing tax etc from the previus tax year.
You should have one from 2018 to 2019, in your possessionmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Ask them if they will accept March payslip - most lenders do.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Did you check all of this before applying? If you did then you should be fine, if you did not then it is probably worth calling and explaining.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Take it you are declaring the income on a self assessment tax return? Then you will have proof otherwise are you non resident?0

I am classed as a non resident as I am out of country most of the year but was when I was given our original mortgage if all lenders insist on a p60 I can neither remortgage nor move house which I have to do to give my spouse their share of the property0
