Skipping comps and going to latest post

I don't mind the appearance change but it's hardly functional at all without being able to order the posts into how you want to view them and the lack of entered and skipped buttons appearing on the main lists. This is a major F'up by whoever has been overseeing this transition.1

The comp-liment button (new version of thanks) has now disappeared so I think they are working on things. We may or may not like the new appearance (while noting that accessibility issues are more serious) but as long as the functionality (sorting, skipping without opening etc) gets sorted, I think things should be OK. This is a big change and the new forum has not been live for even 1.5 hours yet - we need to try and give constructive feedback and a bit of time for snagging I think.0

They have been working on it for a while though. You would have thought the basic functions that are so important to users on here would have been ready to go from day one. Especially considering they had testers giving them feedback.0

I dislike change but I am sure I will get used to this new version in time but being unable to click skipped with out opening the post is a pain so hope that changes.Be Lucky Everyone0

If you don't subscribe to threads then one way round not being able to mark as skipped from the index is to use the bookmark function which can be used from the index and shows as filled in without needing to open the thread (you will need to go to your profile to change notification settings, but there may well be things in there you want to change anyway)0
