OVO spammed by Google

Hi
Although some of the emails OVO sends me get through Google's Mail system, the ones requesting Meter Reads ALWAYS get spammed, despite me again and again indicating they are NOT spam.
OVO's message reads: Readings pleased ! OVO Energy <hello@ovoenergy.com>

Google's message reads: Be careful with this message. Gmail could not verify that it actually came from ovoenergy.com. Avoid clicking links, downloading attachments or replying with personal information.

Can someone pass this to OVO as one loses one's bonus if you email OVO.

Have you actually gone into your mail settings and added  ovoenergy.com to your whitelist?

Based on that error message, that won't work.
It would seem that Ovo have misconfigured something on their end so the source is not being properly identified.  That is inherently suspicious, hence Google generating that error message.

It may or may not fix that specific problem, but it is something that should be done anyway rather than confirming individual emails as they get flagged.

It would be more helpful if Google would give the actual error so it could be determined if it is an out of date certificate, missing DKIM record, a relay problem etc.

... but it is certainly something that OVO need to fix at their end...
