also Saffron doesn't appear to have online facilities.
Saffron does have online, and app, banking, just not on their Branch saver, which is logical. Their interest rates on anything but their Regular Saver are pants though - - - like they are with almost all providers.

Sorry should have been clearer, none of Saffron's easy access, non ISA accounts seem to be available online.

Apart from their Branch Saver, all their accounts are online.

    Responses so far:
Paragon - yes regular transfers can be set up
Charter - yes regular transfers can be set up
KRBS - Future dated transfers can be set up, so presume not regular transfers.
Many thanks for all your suggestions, I'm following up with Paragon.

Paragon does currently support regular weekly or monthly payments. You can specify a start date for such payments but no end date, and you cannot add any reference or description for the payment instructions. Whilst you can set up several different instructions, all payments can only go to your nominated current account, or to another Paragon account.

KRBS, as mentioned above, won't let you set up regular payments in a single instruction but you can create multiple ones with different dates. They do allow you to enter a reference for each instruction, but like with Paragon, all payments must go to your nominated account.

I don't know how Charter works.
