I joined Virgin media years ago. When I did this they disconnected my BT phone line by simply cutting the cable from the BT box to the phone leaving a tail hanging and then connected to their line.
Now trying to get a new different broadband supplier I'm asked do I have a BT line. Should I reply yes or no?
