Typical lenders do not use your CRA 'credit score', so it does not really matter. When you access your three credit files' it is recorded as a soft search only, so it does not negatively impact upon your credit file.
I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

A sudden decrease in the score will alert you to something negative within.SlovakianGuy said:Don't just check your "score".
I caught an erroneous CCJ being put on my account this way. Obviously I would have found it looking through the whole report but the sudden 300 points drop told me something was amiss!0
