perhaps I'm missing something; but if the seller has come back to the table then you've got a survey and part of the conveyancing done, so if you still want this house you can pick up where you left off and you're not out of pocket.Are you willing to pay their higher asking price?0

Imagine an Estate Agent not being fair; scandalous, I call it. I would add an icon but the new ones are, to put it tactfully, not an improvement.0

1-estate agents lie.
2-the process of buying and selling property is a conspiracy of the stupid against the society.

So did you squeeze any compensation out of the EA or did they just tell you to do one?!
