Utility Point added 50% to my DD

Options
So my DD with Utility point is £31 per month. I'm in credit to the tune of £10 at the moment. Last year I asked them to return £157 credit which they did.

I've checked my bills for the last 12 months and my DD is spot on (very slightly over).

They have just sent me an email stating they are increasing my DD to £46 to cover my projected usage.

Not sure what calculations they use for this but I've responded suitably :)

Just wondering how many people would just go along with this, thus allowing UP to improve their cashflow.

I'd email them refusing it, and justify this with your calculations. They'll no doubt back down as the email is probably computer generated.
