Throughout 2020, Cycling UK the national cycling charity wants to see as many people as possible out and about and sharing their adventures in Twitter or Instagram using #12nightsoutin1year

To help provide an incentive, each month there will be an award for the best picture summing up their overnight adventures.

From February until December, Yorkshire based bikepacking luggage maker Restrap are supporting Cycling UK's initiative to get more people outdoors and are providing a prize each month.

For February, the best picture submitted will win one of Restrap's medium frame bags (rrp £54.99).
