This is the entrance to the land where the vehicle was parked. The signs at the back are building site keep out signs. The only parking signs are on the left hand side as you are looking at picture one in window and one on white door at back next to the wheelie bins. None on entrance and none on the wall on right hand side where the vehicle was parked

Those are very good photos.  Remember that the Code of Practice requires an entrance sign to tell drivers that the area is managed by an AOS member.  All they have is a non-secure sign sellotaped inside a window that drivers won't necessarily look at or even see if a van is in front!

This is just the sort of evidence Judges want to see.

Good Morning, so today is the deadline for both parties to get all final docs into the county court and after just over a year of the stress,worry, anxiety frantic research, checking and rechecking, printing reprinting, signing resigning, amateur photography skills, its OVER!  At 4.50pm yesterday evening Gladstones pulled out and served a notice of Discontinuance to the court. The buggers (trying not to swear) knew damn well what they were doing waiting until the last moment possible to see if we would let it overwhelm us and cave in and pay at the final hurdle ( I had my moments). I had a strange reaction to the email I cried both from relief and frustration over all that stress and time and effort ( i was proud of my neatly tied, indexed, sectioned, numbered file for the judge) all the moments I dismissed my children so I could concentrate, the anger I directed at my family because I did not understand what I was doing, writing or reading but for them its just a routine matter, they send out automatic generic letters play the waiting game and file an automatic response before they have to do any actual work. But all that said I would have caved if not for all the help and advice on this forum. So thanks to @Coupon-mad your advice has been invaluable both from comments on my thread and all the stuff from the start in the newbies thread you are a good human. And to @KeithP, @beamerguy, @1505grandad, @Le_Kirk, @Castle, @Fruitcake, @The_Deep and @Umkomaas and I appologise to you for my overly agitated response on your last question I understand your only here to help. Thankyou for the time and advice you have given freely the world need more people like all of you more now than ever.   And good luck @blancswann and any others who are going to take this on hang in there use all the information on this site I dont think you can put a price on what is on offer here. I am off to do something good for someone else now to keep the flow of good Karma moving through the universe. Never give up
