Is there a free 0800 number for JSA

One of my family are still on JSA and have tried google for an updated 0800 number for jsa but either gets universal credit number or a 03 number

does anyone know if there is a 0800 number!

thanks

Edit(they only have a prepaid phone with no credit so hence the 0800)

There's one number for Income related JSA/ESA and Income support and it's here. https://www.gov.uk/contact-jobcentre-plus/existing-benefit-claims

Thanks i will pass it on to them. the reason they want to call is they sign on tomorrow and they need to update bank info so it goes to there new bank. they sign at 4 if they ring at 8am will it change straight away so when he signs later in the day it will go to there new account

If they have closed the old account and used the current account bank switching service to set up the new one any money that goes to the old account will automatically be redirected to the new one.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

    No. Most unlikely.
