I signed up for a contract in November 2019 for £75. They keep taking £123 saying this is what my contract is. I have my contract in front of me. After some time of back and forth they decide they can in fact see my contract of £75 a month. The first month I called they credited my account BUT THEN sent me a red letter saying I had underpaid by the credited amount. I contacted them again, and again was told my contract was £123 and again they went digging and found it was as I said £75. By which stage they had taken too much out of my account (DD). They said they would fix it but I still placed a complaint. This morning I received an email that tells me they have fixed my contract and applied a £3.20 credit on my account but that my contract is now £99 a month! Again I phoned them and again they struggle to find the £75 a month contract but they do and again I'm being told it is being sorted. Now. I've had enough, divorce, cancer, job loss and now this - I'm not taking it any more. I want out of my contract and I need advice on how to do this. Incidentally the new contract they sent me has a different contract number on it from the one before, so I'm half expecting them to take two payments from me, £75 contract and £99 contract!

Write a letter of complaint do not just cancel the DD as that may lead to debt collectors .0
