Balance Transfer Failed

I was recently accepted for a 0% balance transfer card by MBNA and have asked to transfer a balance from an Aqua credit card. MBNA are saying the transfer has failed. Can anyone tell me why this should be?

Call them and ask, but what is your limit and how much did you want to transfer?0

The transfer was less than half the limit they gave me. I haven't received the card yet but I will phone when it arrives. I just wondered if anybody knew offhand. I don't think MBNA and Aqua are owned by the same company but you never know.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0
