VIRGIN ATLANTIC PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This prize draw is open to everyone over the age of 13 except employees of Spice Girls Limited, Virgin Atlantic Ltd and its subsidiaries or their relatives. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries are to be made via https://www.thespicegirls.com. This is a free prize draw. No purchase is necessary.

2. The closing date for entries is midnight 5 December 2007 (UK time). The winner will be chosen from the correct entries at random by the promoter within one (1) day from the closing date. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) days of the winners being chosen. If a winner is not available, their email address not functioning or they do not claim their prize within twenty-four (24) hours from being contacted, their prize will be forfeited and a new winner chosen. Once chosen the winner will be contacted by Virgin Atlantic to make necessary arrangements and confirm booking conditions.

3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery to or from the promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.

4. This prize draw is jointly promoted by Spice Girls Limited (c/o 19 Management Limited, 33 Ransomes Dock, 35-37 Parkgate Road, London SW11 4NP, United Kingdom) and Virgin Atlantic (120 Campden Hill Road, London W8 7AR, United Kingdom). The promoter’s decision in this prize draw is final.

5. The prize will consist of one pair of Virgin Atlantic Premium Economy round trip tickets to Los Angeles for the named winner and guest for arrival in Los Angeles on 10th December 2007 and returning on 12th December 2007 (the “Prize Tickets”) and two nights accommodation for the named winner and their guest between 10th December and 12th December 2007 inclusive in a luxury hotel of the promoter’s choosing (the “Prize Accommodation”). The Prize Accommodation will be provided on a “room only” basis. All food, drink and other services and/or facilities used or otherwise enjoyed by the winner and/or their guest will be at the winner’s expense. The prize also excludes any and all spending money and other costs incurred by the winner and their guest throughout the duration of the trip.

6. Precise travel dates are to be confirmed depending on where the winner lives.

7. The winner must travel on the same flight and on the same date as their guest.

8. The prize includes transfers to and from Los Angeles airport only. The winner and guest will need to make their own arrangements for transport to and from their home airport.

9. No Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles will be awarded for travel under this promotion.

10. Passenger taxes, charges, and fees on the prize tickets are to be paid for by Virgin Atlantic.

11. The winner and their guest will be entirely responsible for their visa, passport and insurance requirements. The winner and guest will need a valid passport to enable entry into the US, unless they live in the US, and will need to be available to travel to the West Coast of the US in time for the plane naming.

12. The winner and their guest will abide by and be subject to Virgin Atlantic's published Conditions of Carriage, which are available from any Virgin Atlantic office. Virgin Atlantic flight schedules are subject to change without notice.

13. The Prize Tickets are for travel in Premium Economy only.

14. The Prize Ticket flights will be on a confirmed basis.

15. The prize is non-transferable to another family member or any other named person and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prize. There are no cash alternatives.

16. Once the winner’s booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If the booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued and the Prize Tickets will be deemed to have been used. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.

17. The Prize Tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or promotional fare mounted by Virgin Atlantic or any third party.

18. Once the Prize Tickets have been issued the promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the promoter.

19. The winner and guest accept the prize at their own risk.

20. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this competition at any time.

21. The promoter’s decision regarding the selection of the winner and the awarding of the prize will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into concerning the matter.

22. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms. In event of an infringement of these terms or Virgin Atlantic's Conditions of Carriage by the winner or their guest, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the right to the prize tickets.

23. Any personal data provided on entry (such as names, email and postal addresses) will only be used to notify the winners and to deliver the prizes unless otherwise agreed by the entrant. The promoter will delete all personal data collected once the prize draw has been completed, the prizes delivered and any publicity run unless the entrant has opted to receive communications from the promoter for future promotions.

24. This prize draw and these terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising about them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

25. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.

26. The winner’s first names only unless otherwise agreed with the winner, may be published on https://www.thespicegirls.com. The winner agrees to use of their name and, subject to separate consent, their image in promotional activity following this prize draw. The winner and their guest also accept that they may be required to appear in promotional photos with the Spice Girls, and agree that promoter may use such photos and their names in Virgin Atlantic and/or Spice Girls promotions and/or advertisements.
