PPI Tax Reclaim

I have lost the paperwork that came with my PPI refund, does anyone know how I can find out the tax I paid on these?

Ask the company that made the payout.

You need to know the amount of the statutory interest element and tax deducted from that, not the total refund as PPI refunds themselves aren't taxable and don't have tax deducted.
