Lost buggy

Hi, my buggy was lost in December by easyjet and they asked for receipts which I sent. on the receipt the buggy was 279.99 but I had a £50 voucher which brought the price down to 229.99. However, to replace the buggy, I now need to pay 279.99. Easyjet have offered me 229.99, do I have a right to ask for the other £50

Did you explain this discount as it being a gift or promotion voucher when you submitted your claim? If so it sounds like they may have missed this explanation and looked only at the total paid. You may need to write again to clarify.0

You are not entitled to the cost of a brand new buggy, but the cost of a used 6 month old buggy.0
