Cowboy Builders around Ilford and Birmingham

Hi,
Wanted to share my experience with a few builders who took up my project and stopped halfway blackmailing to pay the entire amount.
Beware the below builders who are bogus, unqualified and thieves:
Afridi from Birmingham/Ilford
also does work around Ilford - not sure if I can post his phone number - His pattern is to start work in Bham , stop it halfway, start another work in Ilford, then threaten.
He does this in cycles every year, employs illegal unskilled migrants.
Sandy from Ilford
stipulates a 2 hour window to work everyday and will rush things in that time, disappear next 2 days, then return to ask for money.
He can be found visiting his friend who sells carpets in woodland road, who also refers innocent home owners and takes a cut.

In what way were you threatened by Afridi? As far as Sandy is concerned, when he asks for money you simply say no.

You would be better off speaking to trading srandards/ Citizens Advice Bureau or Watchdog.
