Praise for Dunelm. Sofa I purchased from them arrived this morning. The delivery men unpacked it, assembled it and took away all packaging, all within 15 minutes. Excellent Service. Thank you Dunelm.

DD ordered a solitary roll of £10 wallpaper from them last week. Imagine her surprise when 4 turned up this morning. She's only been charged for one. She's called them and they have asked her to return the extras to store.

My store experiences are personally all a bit crap. Their stock reservation system is truly awful. I've had messages to tell me my order is ready only to travel across the city and find it's not actually there. They don't answer the phones when you try and check before you leave.

Good to see they are better with deliveries though.

I'd not be returning to store with them - if they want them, they can pick them up

As long as they didn't stipulate an unreasonable timeline, and I knew I'd be passing at some point anyway, then I wouldn't object to returning them. However, if they started demanding / being unreasonable then I'd certainly take your approach.

Yes we have had great service from them too, we returned some bedding as the colour was not what we thought and got a full refund within 24 hours.

She spends rather too much time on the retail estate where the Dunelm is located to not really a hassle to return the extras. I thought they would have been a little more accommodating myself though.
