Last year I changed jobs, and noticed that my benefit in kind has continued on, meaning I now got a new tax code which shows my current works car, and a van and fuel tax, I can only assume are from my previous employer, surely this can’t be right.

If your Tax Code is wrong you need to contact HMRC to tell them.

You can do it online or by ringing them.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
