Received this from FindyourPPI who have been dealing with my PPI claim for an Egg credit card that then became Barclays. The email (below) does state that Barclays have confirmed that they have identified PPI on my credit agreement. Does this mean I have a claim? and if so what is my next move? as I've been waiting many months now

We recently contacted your Finance Companies in order to trace your PPI Claims. We may have other cases still ongoing but we have received a response from Barclays Bank PLC.
Barclays Bank PLC has informed us that they have identified PPI on your Credit Agreement(s). However, they also advised that your PPI claim(s) have previously been investigated. Unfortunately, we are unable to submit another claim to Barclays Bank PLC in these circumstances.
You may have already told us that you have previously pursued claims against Barclays Bank PLC but it was still the right decision to let us check to see if there were any other claims that we could identify; our experience tells us that PPI claims can often be missed.
We have now closed this particular case, and we will contact you in due course regarding any other ongoing investigations .

It was never an automatic refund simply for having insurance. Obviously, you made an earlier PPI complaint and were rejected.
You were not allowed to make repeated PPI complaints.
Perhaps you forgot?
Regardless, there is nowhere to take this now...

Seems like you had PPI, complained about it, bank rejected complaint... now sometime after the event they will not be looking to consider again.0

You should of used Canadian Square Operations to recover your PPI BEFORE the deadline.
