Balance transfer

Hi, can someone advise me please.
I arranged a B.transfer for the full balance from one card to a 0% credit card, which should be completed by tomorrow. My problem is, the card I want to pay off has taken its monthly DD today, so the amount paid to my old credit card is £50 too much. What would be the best, (and easiest) way to get the direct debit back?
I do hope someone can make sense of this question...:)

  • Make a £50 transaction on the card, to bring the balance back to zero. :)

Thanks, :T I'll do that as soon as it's complete. I guess it's a good enough reason to spend £50 on myself! :rotfl:

Rather than spend it on something you don't need. Just ring them and ask for it to be transfered back to your bank acc, FOC. :)

I did actually try calling them today, but I was waiting 30 minutes and got fed up in the end. I would prefer to have it debited back into my account, so I will have another go at calling them tomorrow. Thank you.
