Premier Park - Parking Charge Notice

Hi
I was wondering if I could have some advise please!
I parked in Blue Ice Plaza, Solihull & have been issued Parking Charge Notice by Premier Park. It states they are operating in accordance with the British Parking Association Code of Practice.
They are not associated with Blue Ice Plaza.
I have health conditions & have a disabled badge. Therefore I parked in disabled space which I’m sure the sign stated concession not required. So I took this as long as my badge was on show this was the case for no ticket.
Which has been the same for many other places I have used.
(Was I wrong??)
Obviously it states I can appeal this charge, but I doubt they’d get back in time & then they’d want even more money off me.
Which is best to pay or even to ignore??
Look forward to hearing from you, thanks x

Yes you were probably wrong , but need to check the signs to see what requirements you should have done to comply , like pay , or register etc
The blue badge is not for private property , check your blue booklet
You should either pay or appeal , ideally try for a landowner cancellation , that's your best option
What violation are they saying it was ??0 -
Neither.Which is best to pay or even to ignore??
You'll know from the NEWBIES thread to complain to the landowner, first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It just states that parking on this land you bond by the signage at the car park.
I completely understand the blue badge is not for private property, but when I looked at signage. I always look at that first & with it saying no concession required for disabled holders who show their blue badge. I took it as no payment.0 -
I suspect you misread the sign , be good if you showed us a picture of it on Imgur
It would probably have said no concession for blue badge holders , meaning you abide by the signage
What I also wanted to know was what the alleged violation wa
Non payment ?
Overstaying ?
What ? Needs to state a specific violation on the pcn0 -
It cannot say "no concession required" as you cannot require a concession, you can give one or you can give an exemption. Suggest a visit to the car park is in order to look again at the sign - but be careful where you park!It just states that parking on this land you bond by the signage at the car park.

I've never been there, but the above is what the signs say. Your sentence made no grammatical sense. It just states that parking on this land you bond by the signage at the car park.

no concession [STRIKE]required[/STRIKE] for disabled BB holders
No 'concessions' mean the opposite, of course.I took it as no payment.
NO-ONE IS TELLING YOU TO PAY, BY THE WAY!
