Daily expenditure - anyone?

Hi all,
A while ago someone sent me a daily expenditure sheet that once printed, could be folded up to be like a little book, it was wallet size so easy to carry around with you and mark any transactions as and when they happened.
I can't seem to find the file on my PC or in old emails, I can't remember if it was someone on this site or somewhere else!
Does anyone recognise my description or does anyone use anything similar to keep track of their daily spending?
