Just to be clear you could still travel to any EU country right up to the expiry date - That may be no use to you but I just wanted to point that out as somne people are confused - until Dec 31 2020 your Passort only need to be valid for the duration of your stay ina n EU country - even if it was renewed early

I am a Travel Agent
My company’s ABTA/ATOL numbers are G9172/6053. MSE doesn't check my status as a Travel Agent, so you need to take my word for it. You can check my ATOL with the CAA. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Travel Agent Code of Conduct.0 -

I renewed mine 12 months early to get a burgundy EU one, plus I was being patriotic because they're made in the UK, the blue ones are made in France
The burgundy ones they started issuing last year on 30th March didn't have EU on them. Obviously they were going to use their old stock of EU ones first. 0 -

The new blue passports will be made in Poland after production was contracted out to the French-Dutch company, Gemalto.0 -

If you really want to make offensive comments towards contributors on this thread at least have the guts to say the word gammon.
