Warm Home Dscount

HI - has anyone received their Warm Home Discount yet? Last year I received it on Jan 17th when it was First Utility - its changed to Shell now and so far not been paid. I have tried asking them when it will be paid but they say they don't know. I know they say its paid up to March but I could do with it sooner. Just wondering if anyone has had it yet? Thank you

Core and Broader group eligibility paid by March (£140 less VAT) direct to your account. No idea on Shell, sorry.

Are you Core or Broader? If Core you should have received it by now. If Broader they have until 31/03 to make the payment.
Have you definitely applied as we have had numerous customers who thought because they received it one year they would automatically receive it without applying.

Hi yes I am the broader category - I got an email back in October saying I would get it. There doesn't seem any way to follow up other than wait.

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to follow up you do just have to wait.

As they have until 31/03 to pay they are doing nothing wrong and you won’t be able to do anything yet.

It’s not always paid to your account, I’m PAYG with BG and we get ours as a voucher.
