Sure. First 4 pages are the contract between alleged landowner and claimant. Final page headed with "Strathclyde Pension Fund Office" is the new evidence the Claimant suggests provides landowner authority

They took out the signature block?
As you know that is not allowed.
there is no printed name either, so there is no proof that the contract was with
a) a director of the claimant, as required by the acts youve seen multiple times in every thread about contracts!
b) a director of the managing company, as required....

Why does Mr Chapman use the words "The Claimant believes..." in that Statement of Truth?
The generally accepted wording is "I believe...".
Is Mr Chapman not brave enough to confirm that he believes what he has written to be true?
If, as it is claimed, Mr Chapman is employed by UK Car Park Management Limited, isn't it strange that all his evidence exhibits are labelled with the letters GSLnn? Gladstones Solicitors Limited?
Keep your eye on paras 22 to 26. You need to be firm in your rebuttal of that.2 -

Gladstones actually sent two copies of the initial Claimant Witness Statement. In the first they redacted the signature, in the second (dropbox link version), they hadn't.1
