1. By participating in this contest, the Entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Entry to the contest is clicking entering your name, contact phone/mobile number and email address via the competition landing page.
3. The contest is open from 3:00pm BST Friday, 31st January 2020 and closes at 11.59pm GMT, Friday, 7th of February
4. The Prize is for "Loved Up Bubbles and Baileys Chocolate Package of overnight stay on Valentine's Night, February 14th.
Overnight stay in Wineport Lodge, Portaneena, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, N37 R2D7 in a lakeview room on Friday, 14th February 2020, breakfast in bed the next morning, romantic candlelit dinner for two, Baileys Chocolate hamper in the room on arrival and access to the outdoor hot tub.
5. The Prize is provided by Wineport Lodge.
6. No purchase is necessary for participating in the contest. The prize is for the use of the winners plus the adult(s) they choose to bring with them. It is not transferable and the prize cannot be redeemed for any other product.
7. Employees of Lir, Wineport Lodge or related companies, their families and agencies and associated companies are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
8. The Prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative
9. Lir accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the prize and no responsibility can be accepted or lost or misplaced entries, incomplete entries will be disregarded.
10. The Winner shall be notified via phone and email and given 24hours from the call of notification to claim the prize. In the event that the Winner fails to respond in writing via e-mail within that period, chooses not to accept the Prize or is ineligible for the Draw, he/she shall be immediately disqualified from the Draw and he/she shall forthwith relinquish any right or entitlement to the Prize. Lir shall then draw from all remaining eligible entries and an alternative Entrant shall be selected as winner of the Prize. The same terms will apply.
11. Lir reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue this sweepstakes or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to Participants.

15. If the winner of the prize is unable to stay Friday, 14th February, offer is valid for 6 months from the 8th of February, subject to availability.
16. All bookings and dealings will be dealt with via Wineport Lodge and not Lir Chocolates. Lir Chocolates are not responsible for the booking of the room, availability or any issues that arise in relation to Wineport Lodge
