Electric-only differs from dual-fuel but both quotes are from Outfox

I'm an ultra-low fuel user (have solar PV, live on own etc) and have just got these quotes from CAB https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/energy/energy-supply/get-a-better-energy-deal/switching-energy-supplier/
If you put in 200 kWh for gas (achievable if winter fails to arrive!) and 750 kWh for electricity (East Midlands), for both fuels you get this

But for electricity-only there's a slightly cheaper tariff. Why would this
be, even if Outfox the Market didn't have a dual fuel discount?

As I mentioned to you in another thread 3 days ago, the OFTM One Variable 8.0 tariff is no longer available, having been withdrawn to new applicants before Christmas

But I entered my current fuels as both SSE, so I would be a new customer.
Do dual-fuel quotes that come up with the same supplier automatically include the dual fuel discount in the quote, because I don't see it listed as an extra.0
