Electric-only differs from dual-fuel but both quotes are from Outfox

I'm an ultra-low fuel user (have solar PV, live on own etc) and have just got these quotes from CAB https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/energy/energy-supply/get-a-better-energy-deal/switching-energy-supplier/
If you put in 200 kWh for gas (achievable if winter fails to arrive!) and 750 kWh for electricity (East Midlands), for both fuels you get this

But for electricity-only there's a slightly cheaper tariff. Why would this
be, even if Outfox the Market didn't have a dual fuel discount?
