Jet2 trying to add £300 extra charges

Hello, I’m hoping someone can help advise me if I can do anything about the following situation:
Booked a jet2 holiday to a hotel with a kids club via jet2 holidays and they have since emailed me to say there will now be a charge of £150 per child to use the kids club which was advertised as free of charge when I booked.
I’ve said I’m not willing to pay as it wasn’t mentioned at time of booking and they say they won’t cover the cost but we can pay to change hotels!
Is there anything I can do? To me this seems like false advertising?
Thanks for any advice.

Have you tried writing to Customer Services, I've found them very good in the past. I agree that it's unfair to now be charged for something which was stated as being free. If the hotel has started to charge then Jet2 should cover that cost, in my opinion.
It really depends on how far you are willing to fight this. You could end up having to stay in the current hotel with no kids club if the alternative gets booked up.

Try emailing their head executive, Stephen Heapy - sheapy@jet2.com
First though - be 100% sure that it was advertisd as FOC in their offer - do you have the brochure page, or online link ?
Be polite etc.0
