Indesit IFW 6330 Fan not turning (Brand new Oven)

Just installed an Indesit IFW 6330 which i purchased from AO. It says on its installation to leave the oven on at 250C for an hour and i have noticed the fan is not turning at all, during its heat up or now it has gotten to temperature.
Does anyone know if this is normal for this type of oven and maybe the fan only turns on when it struggles to get to temp?
Thank you in advance

My fan oven runs all the time, although not an indesit.
It continues to run as it cools down until a certain tempEx forum ambassador

Are you using the correct setting? If using the fan oven setting then the internal fan should be on constantly. Easy check, switch it on with temp set to 0 and put your hand in and you should feel the fan working.Just installed an Indesit IFW 6330 which i purchased from AO. Only 4 settings on this oven, off, grill, defrost and fan. Fan is on the back so i can see it stationary. I guess ill give ao a call.0 -
The fan should be on all the time assuming it's set for fan cooking & a temperature is set.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

I think the fan for the hot air circles the air inside the oven. Only the motor can be outside. Is this what you see?Only 4 settings on this oven, off, grill, defrost and fan. Fan is on the back so i can see it stationary. I guess ill give ao a call.
It's the cooling fan that cools the oven outside. It works in all regimes, not only in the "fan" one.My fan oven runs all the time, although not an indesit.

So just going to update this with i had it resolved.
It was a fault with the oven when it is being manufactured and they haven't correctly seated the fan, stopping it from being able to move.
Had a repairman come and fix it all under warranty.
