Scam or What?

Anyone heard of Sts Royal Investments? On the face of it they look a reputable company and were endorsed by ITV's Good Morning Programme in July 2019.
It seems impossible to get the small investment I made of £250 back from them despite following the withdrawal procedures and have an email to confirm this from them.
Further contact is completely ignored. Any suggestions?

Did you actually see the "Good Morning" programme or was it an advert for Sts that said they were endorsed by GM?

As it's basically a cryptocurrency trading and investing platform based overseas, I find it hard to believe that ITV would endorse them.

Yes, I watched as Ruth Langford who invested with this firm which offered a sophisticated trading tool that automatically bought and sold her similar investment to mine with such success that she broadcasted the fact!

TBH, it doesn't sound like the sort of item the This Morning (not Good Morning) team cover.

I couldn't find a video of world renowned investor Ruth Langsford offering financial advice on Good Morning Britain.

I did, however, find one of Kim Jong-Un being interview on the show; which seems far more believable.

Cryptocurrency.
Like any investment you can win or lose.
I do remember an article where she interviewed someone, but I do not remember any firm being mentioned.
It wasn't endorsing it, it was just entertainment.
