    I'm getting the following error message repetitively using Chrome:

    'Sorry, there was a problem submitting the form. Please wait 60 seconds before trying again.'

    But no boxes to fill in any details (I'm also logged in). Pressing 'Submit' does nothing. Using Chrome.
