Anyone else received an email purporting to be from Al Rayan Bank asking for additional personal information and asking us to submit the data via another web-site (http://click.alrayanbankemail.com)?
All the advice I've seen has been to never to click on links supplied in emails and certainly not to unknown web-sites. I forwarded the email to their web-fraud team and received a reply saying the email was genuine. It seems that their internet security people seem so unaware of the most basic recommendations for avoiding fraud.
I've replied that I'm not doing it! If they want updated information then they should send a secure message to my account and allow the updating from within the logged-in account.

Nope - not seen one here
...and I'm 100% with you on they should be requesting this info via secure message and then sending you an email asking you to log into to your account to read said message and reply to it.0 -

Haven't received this, but if I do I'd take a similar stance.
Edit: website appears to be owned by SALESFORCE.COM, INC, San Francisco, California, USA
It looks like they are bouncing you through a tracker to see who clicks the link.0 -
Had the email, took less than a minute to respond with the additional info the wanted.0
