I've just had an email from Eon offering me a free annual gas safety check because I'm over 70.

What does this free annual gas safety check entail?

Hello st999 and the Annual Gas Safety Check is a free service offered to customers on the Priority Services Register (PSR). You'll qualify for this as you're over 70.

The service checks the gas meter and appliances to make sure they're safe and don't have any harmful carbon monoxide emissions.

There are other benefits of being on the PSR too. You can see these on our website by searching extra help.
