Hello again. Please could someone kindly advise me how to electronically sign and date a WS in microsoft word (2007) - is the insert signature and the X enough or do we need to do more than that? Thank you so much. Sorry for being a bit slow on these things!0

Physically sign a white sheet of paper, take a photo of it, save it to your PC, crop it down to a suitable size, re-save it, then copy and paste it into your WS at the appropriate point.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
