Personal Injury in Spain

Help! I have suffered a personal injury in Spain whilst on an independently booked holiday.
A falling roof panel hit my ankle and this has curtailed my holiday activities.
Anyone had experience of claiming for personal injury abroad? If so can they recommend a company specialising in this type of claim.Thanks.

Can you prove negligence on part of the owner of the roof panel? Because it it came off during the recent storms in Spain I don't believe you have a claim.
You did have travel insurance right? Claim on it.0 -
The first people to approach would be your travel insurers.0
